Our company is all CSCS, CPCS or NPORS trained whilst we educate and train further to ensure that all works are carried out safely. All road and sewers works are carried out with NRSWA trained supervisors and operatives.

We are now able to carry out in house training for all site operatives in our newly developed training room within in our new premises in Redditch. We have and will continue to improve training for all our site operatives to ensure that all projects are carried out with zero accidents and safe working practices.

Projects are regularly inspected by our independent Health and Safety advisor to ensure that site teams are kept up to date with Company policy & HSE requirements with regular updates from Toolbox talks. Our procedures and practices are continually reviewed to ensure that all operatives and management are working to the highest standards.
